Hello! I just wanted to let everyone know that you can pick up the Fall 2008 issue at Shaman Drum!
Also, we will now be accepting submissions for our Winter/Spring Issue. Please submit your work to nadia@interrobanglitzine.com
Tomorrow night is Ann Arbor Wordworks presents Homegrown at the Mendlessohn Theater in the Michigan League. Check it out! It starts at 7PM. Here are the details:
"Ann Arbor Wordworks, now in its sixth year, is a performance poetry
troupe comprised of collegiate-aged writers who primarily began their
writing and performance careers in high school as members of the
Neutral Zone’s VOLUME Youth Poetry Project. These writers have
performed all over the country as members of Ann Arbor Youth Poetry
Slam teams, Chicago Youth Poetry Slam teams and University of Michigan
Poetry Slam teams, including on such stages as the world famous Apollo
Theater in New York and the San Francisco Opera House. In addition to
gaining national reputations as writers and performers, Wordworks poets
are also active educators who teach poetry workshops in high schools,
at juvenile detention centers and youth centers. All proceeds from this
year’s ticket sales will go to support the VOLUME Youth Poetry Project
at the Neutral Zone."
